Our story
PlusValue™ was founded in 2015 by Filippo Addarii and Fiorenza Lipparini to prove that public and private interests can be successfully aligned. Our ambition was to create value for private clients while enhancing society and the planet.
Today, we have evolved into a team of impact strategists who deliver complex, large-scale projects that are driven forwards by innovation.
These projects have generated enormous value for all the stakeholders involved in them. Our track record now speaks for itself - ask anyone who knows about us.
We call ourselves a 'micro-multinational' as this phrase has a nice ring to it. But make no mistake, when it's time to get serious, we are 100% business.
