Giampiero Beltotto, a professional journalist since 1980, has contributed to leading Italian newspapers such as Avvenire, TVSette, and TGR. Since 1994, he has worked in public affairs and institutional relations for major financial groups, including Intesa SanPaolo and RAI.

He has served as a consultant for Agcom, directed election campaigns, and was Spokesperson for Lombardy’s President and Italy’s Minister of Agriculture. From 2018, he has been President of Teatro Stabile del Veneto.

Beltotto holds a degree in Italian Literature from the University of Turin and has authored television and radio programmes, as well as books, including La Sfida (2019) and Barbari e digitali (2017). He also lectures at journalism schools of leading Italian universities.
