The Project
- Social impact Bond to reduce recidivism by fostering employment opportunities for convicts
- Pay by results scheme upfront investor capital rewarded on a ‘pay-by-results’ basis if agreed social outcomes are achieved
Our Role
- Designing the social impact bond, including KPIs, goals, interventions and outcome payment model
- Creating a strategy for investor attraction and liaising with interested outcome payers
- Engaging with the Ministry of Justice and other institutional stakeholders
