Elena leads PlusValue’s social infrastructure projects, with a focus on urban regeneration for innovation and sustainability. She has extensive international experience in social innovation, entrepreneurship, urban regeneration, community engagement, and stakeholder management.

In recent years, she has worked on the design and management of social impact and inclusion projects, focusing on marginalised groups and communities while collaborating with a broad network of stakeholders, institutions, and intermediary organisations worldwide.

As both a researcher and designer, she strives to create measurable impact for individuals and communities. Elena holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Development from ENSA Paris La Villette, France, and a Master’s in Social Innovation from Danube University, Austria.
