Steven has a diverse career spanning financial services, data analytics, and innovation. He serves on the Supervisory Board of a Citibank international subsidiary and recently led a digital assets start-up. He is Chairman of The Audience Agency Tech Ventures, a Tech4Good SaaS data platform, and an Executive Director and Senior Strategic Adviser at PlusValue Advisory Ltd.

With over 30 years of executive experience, Steven has worked globally-from Hong Kong to Moscow, Melbourne to Paris and Brussels-holding senior roles in strategy, marketing, product innovation, and general management at Standard Chartered, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Experian, and Visa Inc.

A UK native, he is a graduate of the University of Oxford and INSEAD, holds a Master’s in Executive Coaching from Hult-Ashridge, and is a Chartered Director and Fellow of the UK Institute of Directors. Passionate about social impact, he supports a global women’s mentoring network and a charity combating modern slavery in South-East Europe.
