Evgenii joined PlusValue in 2022 as an Associate. He has worked in diplomacy, culture, and education at both national and international levels, including within the UN system.

His experience also includes volunteering with non-profit organisations and contributing to university research projects. Evgenii brings strong communication skills, tact, and attention to detail.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies and a Master’s degree in Diplomacy from Saint Petersburg State University. He also attended the University of Bologna as an exchange student.
