The Project

• Social impact Bond to reduce recidivism by fostering employment opportunities for convicts ​
• Pay by results scheme upfront investor capital rewarded on a ‘pay-by-results’ basis if agreed social outcomes are achieved

Our Role

• Designing the social impact bond, including KPIs, goals, interventions and outcome payment model​
• Creating a strategy for investor attraction and liaising with interested outcome payers​
• Engaging with the Ministry of Justice and other institutional stakeholders
