Marina is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of experience in capital markets, multi-asset data solutions, ESG and fintech innovation. Prior to joining PlusValue, Marina served as Executive Vice President at SparkChange.

Marina’s career has spanned leadership roles at globally respected organizations. At ICE Data Services, Marina led an EMEA sales team delivering regulatory, ESG, and analytics solutions to global financial institutions. At NICE, Marina headed sales and pre-sales for EMEA capital markets. At S&P Global, Marina led sales and business development for Structured Finance solutions in Western Europe before overseeing the expansion of the company’s full capabilities in Emerging Europe. Marina started her career at Bloomberg.

Marina holds a PhD in Banking and Finance from the University of Rome Tor Vergata,a PG Specialization Degree in Banking from the University of Siena, and a BSc in Economics and Business from the University of Naples Federico II. She has also completed executive education programs from Stephen M. Ross School of Business of the University of Michigan.
